摘要
穿支皮瓣因携带穿支血管,血供稳定,易成活,且可降低供区并发症,已成为组织缺损重建的首选方法之一。但其血管管径、数目、走形及位置等存在很大个体差异,如能通过辅助设备在术前定位穿支血管,检测血管状态,更有助于术前的皮瓣设计,更大程度利于皮瓣,缩短手术时间,增加手术成功率,促进术后恢复。本文总结各种辅助设备在皮瓣移植术前血管定位中的应用,将有助于理解穿支血管的个体差异,指导穿支皮瓣的术前设计,提高穿支皮瓣移植修复的疗效,符合当前精准医疗时代治疗的规范化、个体化、人性化的要求。
Perforator flap is an alternative method for tissue defect reconstruction with the advantages of stable blood supply,high survival rate and less complications at donor sites.However,the diameter,number,shape and position of perforator vessels vary greatly.Preoperative localization of the perforator vessels and assessment of vascular condition can help to design the flap,shorten the operation time,increase the success rate and promote recovery.This article summarizes the application of various imaging examinations in vascular localization before transplantation,which is conducive to knowing the conditions of individual perforator vessels,guiding the design of perforator flap and improving the efficacy of transplantation,so as to meet the requirements of standardization,indivi-dualization and humanization of reconstruction surgery.
