基于能源管理系统及变频技术的工业节能改造研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前,鉴于工业企业生产过程中普遍存在的能源浪费情况,大部分工业企业是通过人为收集生产过程数据进行生产能耗分析,从而给出节能降耗改造方案,并将相关节能措施付诸实施。此种方式存在数据采集效率低下及分析数据的准确率较低等问题,最终导致节能降耗效果不理想。文章提出工业企业通过设置能源监控管理系统进行生产过程实时数据采集和分析,并针对企业重点能耗设备进行变频节能技术改造,切实有效的实现工业系统的电力节能降耗,提升工业生产效率,降低工业生产能耗,为工业节能改造技术的发展提供参考方向。 In view of the widespread energy waste in the production process of industrial enterprises,most of the industrial enterprises analyze the production energy consumption by manually collecting the production process data,give the transformation scheme of energy saving and consumption reduction,and implement relevant energy-saving measures.This method is inefficient in data collection and has low accuracy for data analysis,which eventually leads to an unsatisfying outcome of this energy saving practice.This paper proposes that by setting up energy monitoring and management system for real-time data acquisition and analysis in the production process,and adopting frequency conversion energy-saving technology transformation for key energy consumption equipment of industrial enterprises,the industrial system can effectively save power and reduce consumption so as to improve industrial production efficiency,cut down industrial production energy consumption and provide reference for the development of industrial energy-saving transformation technology.
