摘要
文章介绍了脉冲强光的产生方式、杀菌机理和独特优势,总结了国内外研究进展,阐述了脉冲强光显著的杀菌效果,分析了灭菌效率的主要影响因素,为更好地应用脉冲强光装置杀菌提供参考。
The basic concepts of intensive pulse light(IPL)are introduced in this paper,including its generation method,microbial inactivation mechanism,and unique advantages in applications.The research progress in worldwide is reviewed,which clarified the significant effects of IPL on sterilization.Besides,the major factors which influences sterilization efficacy are analyzed,in order to provide a reference for better application of IPL devices.
