不同健康教育方式对妊娠期糖尿病患者用药依从性影响

Effects of different health education methods on medication compliance of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:分析讨论不同健康教育方式对妊娠期糖尿病患者用药依从性的影响。方法:将62例妊娠期糖尿病患者随机分为2组,对照组31例患者采用传统的护士宣教方式,观察组31例患者采用医生整体化健康教育方式,观察干预前后患者用药依从性和血糖控制情况,进行统计分析并讨论差异。结果:干预前,两组用药依从性和血糖控制情况比较无差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组用药依从性(高64.52%、中19.35%、低16.13%)高于对照组(高29.03%、中29.03%、低41.94%)且血糖检测值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医生整体化健康教育方式对妊娠期糖尿病患者用药依从性的干预效果优于传统的护士宣教方式,可更好的帮助患者有效控制血糖。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the effects of different health education methods on medication compliance of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:62 women with GDM were randomly divided into two groups.31 women in control group were given traditional nurse health education and 31 women in observation group were given integration health education of doctors.The situations of the medication compliance and the blood glucose control of the women in the two groups before and after intervention were observed,and the differences of the medication compliance and the blood glucose control were statistical analyzed and discussed.Results:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the medication compliance and the blood glucose level control of the women between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the medication compliance of the women in the observation group(64.52%women with high compliance,19.35%women with middle compliance,and 16.13%women with low compliance)was significant better than that(29.03%women with high compliance,29.03%women with middle compliance,and 41.94%women with low compliance)of the women in the control group,and the blood glucose level of the women in the observation group was significant lower than that of the women in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of integration health education of doctors on medication compliance of pregnant women with GDM is better than that of traditional nurse health education,which can help these women to control their blood glucose level effectively.
