摘要 邻苯二甲酸酯是普遍存在的低毒性环境污染物,邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物通过干扰下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴这一重要内分泌途径产生生殖毒性,对男性(雄性)生殖系统发育、生殖和激素分泌产生不利影响。邻苯二甲酸酯的暴露会导致胎儿生殖器官发育异常,干扰男性(雄性)生殖系统发育,影响精子成熟和活力,对男性(雄性)生殖系统产生损伤,影响生育力。 Phthalates is the widespread low toxic environmental pollutants, which produces reproductive toxicity by interfering with the important endocrine pathway of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonad axis. Phthalates has adverse affect on the development, reproduction, and hormone secretion of male reproductive system. The phthalates exposure can cause abnormal development of fetal reproductive organs of the pregnant women, can disturb the reproductive system development of male adolescents, can impact the sperm maturity and vitality, can damage the male reproductive system, and can affect the male fertility.
