掺钢渣胶粉改性沥青混合料制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究内蒙古地区掺钢渣改性沥青混合料的路用性能,首先测试了包钢产钢渣、玄武岩、石灰岩的理化特性,确定钢渣替代天然集料作为沥青混合料骨料的可行性;然后设计由三种岩性粗集料为骨料、相同细集料、相同填料组成的同一矿料合成级配,利用马歇尔击实试验测试体积参数,得到两种改性沥青(胶粉、SBS)和三种岩性粗集料沥青混合料的最佳油石比;最后对不同岩性的两种改性沥青混合料的高温车辙、低温抗裂及水稳性能进行测试。研究结果表明:钢渣基本理化性能指标与天然集料基本相当甚至在某些方面优于天然集料;钢渣的添加提高了沥青混合料的油石比,掺钢渣胶粉改性沥青混合料的油石比较普通岩性胶粉改性沥青混合料油石比大,但是其强度较高,进一步说明钢渣是良好的沥青路面筑路材料;由于钢渣的掺入,胶粉改性沥青混合料路用性能普遍提高,且更具有经济环保性。 To study the road performance of modified asphalt mixture mixed with steel slag in Inner Mongolia,the physical and chemical properties of steel slag,basalt,and limestone produced by Baotou Iron and Steel Group were tested to determine the feasibility of replacing natural aggregate with steel slag as asphalt mixture aggregate.Then,a synthetic grading of the same ore consisting of three lithologic coarse aggregates as aggregate,the same fine aggregates,and the same filler was designed.The optimum asphaltaggregate ratio of three lithologic coarse aggregates of two modified asphalt(rubber powder and SBS)was obtained by using the Marshall compaction test to test the volume parameters.Finally,the performance of high-temperature rutting,low-temperature crack resistance,and water stability of two kinds of modified asphalt mixtures with different lithologies was tested to verify their road performance.The results show that the basic physical,and chemical performance indicators of steel slag are basically equivalent to those of natural aggregate,and even better than natural aggregate in some aspects.The addition of steel slag can improve the asphalt mixture ratio.Compared with ordinary lithologic rubber powder modified asphalt mixture,the asphalt mixture modified by steel slag powder has a larger ratio,but its strength is higher,which further indicates that steel slag is a good asphalt pavement construction material.The road performance of steel slag mixed with rubber powder modified asphalt mixture is generally improved,and it has more economic and environmental protection.
