磷化工业固废中铅镉离子的固化试验 被引量:2

摘要 为了固化某磷矿分解车间产生的含铅镉离子工业固废中的重金属离子,本文以该工业固废为研究对象,通过室内试验从6种固化剂中选定最优固化剂,研究在不同掺量、试样含水率和粒径条件下固化剂对固废中铅镉离子的固化稳定效果。结果表明:对磷化固废中的铅、镉离子固化效果最优的固化剂为CF(氧化钙+粉煤灰)和SCM(二氧化硅+氧化钙+氧化镁):当固废粒径大于5 mm时,固化剂处理效果较差,故在原位施工时需先将大颗粒固废进行破碎处理;将固化剂与水按质量比为1∶2.5配置成悬浮液,可增强固化剂的固化稳定效果。 In order to solidify heavy metal ions produced from the industrial solid waste containing lead cadmium ion of a phosphate rock decomposition workshop,the industrial solid waste is taken as the research object.Curing agents with the best effect are selected from 6 kinds of curing agents,and their solidification and stabilization effects on Pb and Cd ions in the solid waste are investigated under the conditions of different dosages,sample moisture contents and particle sizes.The results show that the best curing agents of Pb and Cd ions in phosphate solid waste are CF(CaO and flyash)and SCM(SiO_(2) and CaO and MgO).When the particle size of solid waste is greater than 5 mm,the treatment effect of curing agent is poor,so the solid waste with large particles should be crushed first during the site construction.The curing agent and water should be added into the suspension with the quality ratio of 1:2.5,which could enhance the solidification and stabilization effect of the curing agent.
