Winter construction technology of shield in severe cold area

冬期施工是我国北方常见的特殊季节性施工。由于冬季温度下降,盾构施工中同步砂浆、循环水、出渣、电瓶车、龙门吊等施工原材料和机械设备易受低温影响,同时施工人员的思想意识较正常环境更为迟钝,且盾构冬季施工所面临的困难较多,故如何做好盾构冬期施工直接影响整个工程的进度及成本。本文以北方某城市地铁工程冬期施工为例,对盾构冬期施工重难点进行分析,从盾构组装调试、砂浆拌制及施工用水、材料及机具防护等方面提出技术保障措施,确保盾构冬期施工有效进行,为类似工程提供借鉴与参考。

Winter construction is a common special seasonal construction in North China.Due to the temperature dropping in winter,synchronous mortar,circulating water,slag,battery car,gantry crane and other materials,followed by the mechanical equipment easily affected by low temperature during shield construction,the construction personnel with more sluggish ideological awareness than that in normal environment,and many difficulties faced by shield tunnel construction in winter,so how to do a good job of shield construction in winter will directly affect the progress and cost of the entire project.Based on the metro construction of a city in North China,the key and difficult points of shield construction in winter is analyzed,and technical support measures is put forward from such aspects as shield assembly and commissioning,mortar mixing and construction water,material and machine protection for ensuring effective shield construction in winter,so as to provide references for similar projects.
