摘要
根据客户对产品质量的要求,对工业用途广泛的6026合金T9态高精度棒材的生产工艺进行研究,生产出了满足客户要求的产品,且其质量超过欧洲标准对力学性能及尺寸精度水平的要求。研究表明:6026-T9棒材的最佳生产工艺为500~515℃挤压+在线固溶温度520~530℃+时效165℃+8 h,同时辅以冷拉拔,变形量控制在1%~2.5%。在此工艺条件下,产品质量满足各项性能要求,同时还可获得较高的成品率。
According to the customer's product quality requirements,the production process of 6026 alloy T9 high-precision bar with wide industrial use was studied,and the products that meet the customer's requirements were produced,which exceeded the European standard in terms of mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy.The results show that the best production process can be ob⁃tained by extrusion at 500~515℃,the on-line solution temperature at 520~530℃,the aging process at 165℃+8 h,and the cold drawing deformation controlled at 1%~2.5%.
