摘要
通过金相显微镜、SEM、EDS等手段对铝电解电容器用阴极光箔孔洞进行了微观形貌观察和成分检测,结果表明造成阴极光箔孔洞的主要原因是异物和气泡。经过对异物成分和气泡内壁成分的分析,确定了各种异物来源和产生气泡的原因,并针对产生原因制定了相应的预防措施。
In this study,the microscopic morphology and the composition of the holes in the cathode foil for aluminum electrolytic ca⁃pacitors was observed and analyzed by aids of metallographic microscope and SEM and EDS.The results show that the main cause of holes in cathode light foil is foreign matter and bubbles.The source of the foreign matter and the cause of the bubble were determined after analyzing the compositions of the foreign matter and the inner wall of the bubble.Corresponding measures have been formulated to solve the problems.
