摘要
为实现废旧铝质易拉罐的保级再生,通过对废旧铝质易拉罐熔化成合金铝水后的化学成分、温度、针孔度、加入量及加入时机等的研究及铸锭质量检测情况的对比分析,探讨了3104合金铝水在罐料生产中的应用。研究结果表明,使用了合金铝水的3104合金罐料卷材的平均断罐量控制在50×10^(-6)个以内,针孔控制在5×10^(-6)个以内,其产品质量与未使用合金铝水的产品质量相当,完全能够满足用户质量要求,且在提高熔铸生产效率、减少金属烧损、降低熔炼过程的天然气单耗等方面成效明显。
In order to realize the perfectrecycling of waste aluminum cans,the chemical composition,temperature,pinhole,adding amount and adding time of molten aluminum from waste aluminum cans were studied,and the ingot quality was analyzed,The results show that the average can breaking rate of 3104 alloy can material coil is controlled within 50×10^(-6),and the pinhole is controlled within 5×10^(-6),The quality of the product is equivalent to that of the product without molten alloy aluminum,which can fully meet the quality requirements of users,and has obvious effect on improving the production efficiency of melting and casting,reducing metal burning loss,and reducing the unit consumption of natural gas in the melting process.
