摘要
将钢制骨架材料厢式运输半挂车厢体设计变更为全铝合金结构,建立了该车型的三维几何数模及有限元分析模型,对可能出现的几种典型工况进行结构强度分析,得到铝合金材料箱式运输半挂车主体骨架的改进结构。该结构在满足国家标准及法规的前提下,可有效实现轻量化要求的较优设计,为厢式运输半挂车的升级和创新提供了参考。
The design of the steel frame material van transport semi-trailer was changed to an all-aluminum alloy structure,the threedimensional geometric digital model and finite element analysis model of the model were established.Structural strength analysis was performed for several typical working conditions to obtain the aluminum alloy improved structure of main frame of material van trans⁃port semi-trailer.On the premise of meeting national standards and regulations,this structure can effectively achieve a better design for lightweight requirements.It provides a reference for the upgrading and innovation of van transport semi-trailers in the logistics transportation industry.
