摘要
西安市作为我国西北地区的中心城市,城市快速发展引发了热岛、雾霾和静风等气候问题,亟需对其气候环境进行深入分析和评估,进而为城市发展和管控提供依据。该文以西安市老城区为研究对象,以生理等效温度为评价标准,在ENVI和CFD平台上依次分析了热环境和风环境,并运用RayMan定量评估了气候现状,同时使用GIS量化分析老城区的通风和散热潜力,最终整合气候现状及气候潜力形成西安市老城区城市气候图:城市气候分析图综合了气候现状和气候潜力,将老城区划分为8类气候分区,明确了气候环境特征及其存在的问题;城市气候规划建议图综合考虑了城市气候分析图及可利用的自然资源,在老城区保护规划限制下划分了4类规划建议分区并提出各分区的改善建议。
As the central city in northwest China,Xi’an has brought about climatic problems such as heat islands,haze and calm wind due to rapid development.It is urgent to analyze its climate environment reasonably in order to provide a basis for urban development and management.Taking the old city of Xi’an as the research object,using the physiologically equivalent temperature as the evaluation standard,we analyze the thermal environment and wind environment of the old city on the ENVI and CFD platform.Then we use RayMan to assess the current climate as well as use GIS to quantitatively analyze the ventilation and heat dissipation potential of the old city.Eventually we integrate the current climate and climate potential to form the urban climate map of the old city of Xi’an:The urban climate analysis map comprehensively considers the current climate and its potential,and divides the old city into eight types of climate zones,which clarifies the characteristics and problems of the climatic environment in the old city.The urban climate planning proposal map comprehensively considers the urban climate analysis map and the available natural resources of the old city.Within the restrictions of the protection plan of the old city,it divides 4 types of areas and puts forward suggestions for improvement in each area.
