中医参与恶性肿瘤康复多学科综合治疗模式的思考

Thinking on the multi-disciplinary treatment mode of traditional Chinese medicine participating in malignant tumor rehabilitation

随着肿瘤发病率的逐年增长,肿瘤本身及在肿瘤治疗过程中可能出现各种不良反应,严重影响患者治疗的耐受性和依从性,影响生活质量。因此,恶性肿瘤康复被临床医者所重视,而肿瘤的诊疗过程中通常需要多学科协作。近年来,逐步发现中医参与综合治疗模式不仅可有效控制肿瘤,更能改善患者生存质量,对于促进机体康复具有重要意义。本文对中医参与恶性肿瘤康复多学科综合治疗模式的思考,为当代医家临床治疗恶性肿瘤及肿瘤康复提供新思路。

With the increasing incidence of tumors year by year,the tumors themselves and tumor treatment may cause various adverse reactions,which seriously affect patients′treatment tolerance and compliance,and thus influencing the quality of life.Therefore,the rehabilitation of malignant tumors has been paid attention by clinicians,and the diagnosis and treatment of tumors usually requires multi-disciplinary cooperation.In recent years,it has been gradually found that comprehensive treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can not only effectively control tumors,but also improve the quality of life of patients,which is of great significance for promoting body rehabilitation.This paper provides a new idea for the thinking on the multi-disciplinary comprehensive treatment combined with TCM in the rehabilitation of malignant tumors,as well as the clinical treatment of malignant tumors and tumor rehabilitation for contemporary clinicians.
