复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏联合生理性海水喷雾剂治疗干燥性鼻炎的效果

Effect of Compound Mufurong Nasal Ointment combined with Physiological Sea Water Nasal Spray in the treatment of dry rhinitis

目的探讨复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏联合生理性海水喷雾剂治疗干燥性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月~2019年2月湘潭市中心医院收治的78例干燥性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,按照完全随机法分为观察组(46例)和对照组(32例)。两组患者均给予生理性海水喷雾剂作为基础治疗,观察组给予复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏进行涂鼻治疗,对照组给予红霉素眼膏进行涂鼻治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及症状体征。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.8%,高于对照组的84.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组临床症状及体征评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在生理性海水喷雾剂洗鼻治疗的基础上,复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏对干燥性鼻炎具有显著的治疗优势。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Mufurong Nasal Ointment combined with Physiological Sea Water Nasal Spray in the treatment of dry rhinitis.Methods A total of 78 patients with dry rhinitis treated in Xiangtan Central Hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the observation group(46 cases)and the control group(32 cases)according to the completely random method.Two groups of patients were given Physiological Sea Water Nasal Spray as the basic treatment,the observation group was given Compound Mufurong Nasal Ointment for nasal treatment,the control group was given Erythromycin Eye Ointment for nasal treatment.The clinical efficacy,symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.8%,which was higher than that of the control group(84.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms and signs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Mufurong Nasal Ointment has obvious advantages in the treatment of dry rhinitis on the basis of nasal rinsing treatment with Physiological Sea Water Nasal Spray.
