表现为持续性溃疡的AIDS患者生殖器疱疹1例

A Case of Genital Herpes in an AIDS Patient with Persistent Ulcer

患者男,46岁,AIDS患者,龟头持续溃疡伴疼痛半年。使用更昔洛韦、伐昔洛韦治疗后溃疡不能痊愈。皮损分泌物HSV-1 DNA(+),HSV-2 DNA(+)。诊断:生殖器疱疹。给予膦甲酸钠注射液静滴与局部湿敷后溃疡痊愈。

A 46-year-old male patient with AIDS presented with persistent ulcer and pain on the glans for six months.The ulcer could not be cured with ganciclovir and valacyclovir.Ulcer secretions were positive for HSV-1 DNA and HSV-2 DNA.The diagnosis of genital herpes was made.The ulcer was cured negative forafter intravenous influsion of foscarnet sodium injection and local wet dressing.
