异质性消费、生产者激励与农产品可追溯体系构建——基于山东微观个人数据研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过实地调研、访谈,本文收集关于可追溯农产品市场的数据,综合考虑市场中存在的道德风险问题,分析异质性消费者在信息不对称消费市场环境中的选择,借鉴霍尔姆斯特朗和米尔格罗姆委托代理理论构建出可追溯农产品生产与消费之间的激励关系,应用Stata等统计软件完成消费者对可追溯农产品消费水平的深入分析,进而为完善可追溯体系建设、加大宣传力度、规范监督管理等方面提供新的经验证据以及对策建议。 Agricultural talents are the most important resource for rural revitalization,and high-quality farmers are the foundation of agricultural talents.This paper is based on pushpull theory,and the case analysis method,this paper analyses the reasons why peasants go to work in cities and how to keep peasants in the countryside by using the case of Xuecun in the old revo-lutionary area.Research findings:Farmers entering the city for work are the inevitable result of economic and social development;some peasants go to work in cities to increase their income,and some peasants go to work in cities to get better education for their children and the inertia of migrant workers.Finally,in order to form a high-quality peasant who understands agriculture and loves the countryside,this paper proposes five policy recommen-dations for keeping high-quality peasants in agriculture from the perspective of changing the form of government agricultural support and developing agri-culture-related industries.
