摘要
东辽县实施的"六动""六训"、研培一体的培训模式,实现了教学、研究、培训于一体的研修形式,在实践中研究,在研究中培训,通过研究促进了教学行为的改变,通过培训转变了教师的教学观念,实现了教师专业发展,推动了教育质量的稳步提升。因此,研、训、行一体,是实施"三段九步教师成长模型"的有效途径之一。
The training mode of "six movements", "six training" and "one training" implemented in Dongliao county has realized the training form of teaching, research and training in one, through training, teachers’ teaching concept has been changed, teachers’ professional development has been realized, and the quality of education has been promoted steadily. Therefore, the integration of research, training and practice is one of the effective ways to implement the — "three-stage and nine-step teacher growth model".
