摘要
随着社会的不断发展、科技的不断进步,我国多次强调要落实立德树人根本任务,遵循教育规律和教师成长发展规律,推动教师教育改革,健全教师发展支持服务体系和机制,全面提升教师素质。新时代下教师培训体系的建设,更加强调跨界融合理念,通过四方协同,有效调整各方资源,搭建教师专业培训的优质教育共享平台,对教师的成长以及教师自身素质的提高有着极其重要的作用和意义。
With the continuous development of society and the continuous progress of science and technology, China has repeatedly emphasized that we should carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue, follow the laws of education and the growth and development of teachers, promote the reform of teacher education, improve the support service system and mechanism of teacher development, and comprehensively improve the quality of teachers. In the new era, the construction of teacher training system lays more emphasis on the concept of cross-border integration, effectively adjust the effective resources of all parties and build a high-quality education sharing platform for teacher professional training through four-party collaboration, which plays an extremely important role and significance for the growth of teachers and the improvement of teachers’ own quality.
