摘要
目的研究白色念珠菌引起机体系统感染后免疫功能的变化。方法收集2008年6月至2011年12月对血液细菌培养白色念珠菌阳性的患者立即进行血清IgA、IgG、IgM的检测,以及血清细胞因子(IFN-r)和细胞因子(IL-4)的检测,并于10日后对患者上述指标进行复检,并且以正常人的上述指标检测结果为对照,以观察白色念珠菌感染后所引起的机体免疫功能的变化。结果血液细菌培养白色念珠菌阳性的患者初次血清IgA、IgG、IgM的检测结果为:(2.46±1.53)g/L、(11.36±3.14)g/L、(1.15±0.48)g/L,正常对照组相应指标检测结果为:(2.45±1.62)g/L、(10.43±2.58)g/L、(1.11±0.64)g/L,两组数据无统计学意义,P值分别为0.99、0.20、0.77。患者10 d后血清IgA、IgG、IgM的检测结果为(1.92±1.21)g/L、(10.89±3.84)g/L、(1.35±0.64)g/L,和对照组相比无统计学意义,P值分别为0.12、0.54、0.45。白色念珠菌感染者前后两次血清IgA、IgG、IgM的检测结果的显著性检验无统计学意义,P值分别为0.11、0.28、0.27。患者血清IFN-r和IL-4的初次检测结果为:IFN-r(135.17±34.06)pg/mL,IL-4(229.09±50.63)pg/mL。对照组:IFN-r(87.69±18.69)pg/mL,IL-4(221.47±48.37)pg/mL,患者组和对照组的血清IFN-r之间有显著差别,P值为0.00,患者组和对照组血清IL-4之间无统计学意义,P值为0.540。感染10 d后患者血清IFN-r和IL-4的检测结果为:IFN-r(130.17±38.89)pg/mL,IL-4(237.28±51.21)pg/mL,与对照组相比,IFN-r检测结果两组间有明显差异,P=0.001,IL-4检测结果与对照组检测结果之间无统计学意义,P=0.382。白色念珠菌感染者前后两次血清IFN-r和IL-4的检测结果无统计学意义,P值分别为0.58、0.51。结论白色念珠菌引起机体系统感染后免疫功能的变化以细胞免疫为主,体液免疫没有发生明显的变化。
Objective To study immune function changes of patients after blood system infection by Candida albicans.Methods Immediately detected serum IgA and IgG and IgM and IFN-r and IL-4 level after confirmed patients infected by candida albicans through blood culture,and again detected the above patients serum target after ten days,then study immune function changes of pateint after blood system infection by candida calbicans through comparing the above patients’detected results with healthy person’.Results Serum IgA and IgG and IgM level of patients infected by candida albicans are(2.46±1.53)g/L and(11.36±3.14)g/L and(1.15±0.48)g/L,serum IgA and IgG and IgM level of healthy people are respectively(2.45±1.62)g/L and(10.43±2.58)g/L and(1.11±0.64)g/L,there are not evidently different between serum IgA and IgG and IgM level of patients infected by candida albicans and healthy people(P>0.05).The serum IgA and IgG and IgM level of patients after ten days were respectively(1.92±1.21)g/L and(10.89±3.84)g/L and(1.35±0.64)g/L,the level was not evidently different with healthy people(P>0.05)and there were not evidently different between two times immunoglobulin level of patients(P>0.05).The serum IFN-r and IL-4 level of patients were repectively(135.17±34.06)pg/mL and(229.09±50.63)pg/mL,serum IFN-r and IL-4 level of healthy people were repectively(87.69±18.69)pg/mL and(221.47±48.37)pg/mL,serum IFN-r level of patients were evidently different with healthy people(P<0.05),serum IL-4 level of patients were not evidently different with healthy people(P>0.05).The serum IFN-r and IL-4 level of patients were repectively(130.17±38.89)pg/mL and(237.28±51.21)pg/mL after ten days,the IFN-r level is evidently different with thealthy people(P<0.05),the IL-4 level was not evidently different with healthy people(P>0.05).There were not evidently different between two times serum IFN-r and IL-4 level of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Cellular immunity is mainly caused after patients was infected by candida albicans rather than humoral immunity.
