经胃入路内镜开窗治疗胰腺假性囊肿一例 被引量：1

A case of pancreatic pseudocysts treated by endoscopic transgastric fenestration

摘要 胰腺假性囊肿在胰腺囊性病变中所占比例较高,当直径大于6 cm时患者常有明显的临床症状,且并发症增加,需积极干预治疗。本文报道了1例胰尾部胰腺假性囊肿的经自然腔道内镜手术,采用经胃入路胰腺假性囊肿开窗清创引流术治疗后,囊肿较前明显缩小,患者未再出现腹痛、腹胀。
