工程项目交易方式影响因素重要性排序研究

摘要 工程项目交易方式的选择直接关系到项目的成败,而构建一套合适的影响因素体系是工程项目交易方式决策的重要内容。分析工程项目交易方式选择决策的影响因素及其重要性,基于文献回顾与专家访谈识别出基于业主视角的4类15个工程项目交易方式选择的影响因素,运用电子问卷收集51份有效项目信息,引入随机森林模型,通过计算平均不纯度减少值定量评价其重要性指数。研究发现,业主方管理能力、项目设计复杂程度、业主方相关项目经验、项目类型以及项目成本要求5个因素对工程项目交易方式的选择影响显著。 Selecting an appropriate project delivery system(PDS)is considered as one of the crucial factors for project success,while establishing a suitable influencing factor system is an important step in selecting a project delivery system.This study discovers the factors influencing the selection of project delivery system and evaluates the importance of these factors.Firstly,based on the owner’s perspective,15 influencing factors,categorized into four categories,are identified by literature review and expert interviews.Then,an e-mail questionnaire is conducted,and 51 valid questionnaires are collected.At last,introducing the Random Forest algorithm,importance index of influencing factors is evaluated by calculating their average impurity reduction.The results show that the owner’s in-house management ability,project design complexity,the owner’s experience with similar projects,project type,and project requirement of cost have significant impacts on the selection of project delivery system.
