摘要
BIM与IPD的协同管理能为合作项目带来更多利益,为了解决合作参与方的超额利益分配问题,分析了BIM技术与IPD协同管理概念,构建依据贡献度来计算参与方最佳利益分配的合作博弈模型,考虑各参与方资源投入和风险分担两大因素,得出修正后的Shapley分配值。并通过算例分析各参与方的利益分配,结果表明业主、设计方、施工方、BIM咨询方均产生合作带来的超额收益,其中业主和施工方收益分配额较高,而设计方和BIM咨询方的收益增长率较高,在理性行为假设上显示了合作的可能性和分配的合理性。完善的协同管理框架加上合理的利益分配方式能在最大程度上激励项目参与方,促进BIM技术与IPD模式的合作发展。
Collaborative management for BIM technology and IPD mode can bring more benefits to the project.To solve the problem regarding the excess benefit distribution among cooperative participants,this paper analyzes the concept of BIM technology and IPD collaborative management,and constructs a cooperative game model to calculate the optimal benefit distribution for participants according to the contribution degree.The modified Shapley allocation value is obtained after considering the two major factors including resource input and risk-sharing of each participant.Finally,a case is used to analyze the benefit distribution of each participant.The results indicate that the owner,the design party,the construction party and the BIM consultant all generate excess profits in the cooperation.Among them,the income distribution for owners and construction parties is higher,while the income growth rate for designers and BIM consultants is higher.The hypothesis of rational behavior indicates the potential of cooperation and the rationality of distribution.The perfect collaborative management framework and reasonable profit distribution mode can stimulate the project participants to the greatest extent and promote the cooperative development of BIM technology and IPD mode.
