摘要
随着建筑业的快速发展,近年来我国涌现出了一大批“高”“大”“精”“尖”“特”的项目,申报中国建设工程鲁班奖(国家优质工程)的工程越来越多,评选要求也越趋严格。通过提炼西安市幸福林带建设工程PPP项目创鲁班奖管控经验,总结出鲁班奖创优的12345工作法(一起重视、二种资料、三类重点、四大环节、五个硬件),提出了12345工作法实施中应注意的若干问题,希望该工作法能为其他项目提供参考借鉴,以提高鲁班奖的申报成功率。
With the rapid development of the construction industry,a large number of"high","large","fine","sharp"and"special"projects have emerged in China in recent years.More and more projects have applied for the Luban Prize of China Construction Engineering(national quality project),and the selection requirements are becoming more and more strict.By refining the management and control experience of creating Luban Prize in PPP project of Xi’an happy forest belt construction project,this paper summarizes the 12345 construction method of creating Luban Prize(one attention,two kinds of data,three kinds of key points,four links and five hardware),and puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in the implementation of 12345 construction method,hoping that this construction method can provide reference for other projects,so as to improve the application rate of Luban Prize Power.
