手术室精细化护理在骨关节手术中的应用效果探讨

Discussion on the Effect of fine Nursing in Operation Room in the Operation of Bone and Joint

目的:探讨手术室精细化护理在骨关节手术中的应用效果.方法:以2019年1月-12月于我院接受膝关节手术的160例患者作为研究对象,将上述患者随机分成2组,每组80例,观察组采取手术室精细化护理,对照组采取手术室常规护理,使用Lysholm膝关节评分表评价关节功能,使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价患者的心理状态,自行设计问卷调查2组患者的满意度.结果:观察组的手术时间、手术出血量、并发症和住院时间均明显优于对照组,观察组术后膝关节功能评分为(91.36±7.68)分,对照组术后膝关节功能评分为(80.64±8.28)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理后的SAS和SDS量表评分(40.63±4.28)分和(41.42±4.62)分,均明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组满意度为97.5%,对照组满意度83.75%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:手术室精细化护理利于缓解骨关节手术患者的负性情绪,促进关节功能恢复,提高患者满意度.

Objective:To explore the application effect of meticulous nursing in operation room in bone and joint operation.Methods:A total of 160 patients who underwent knee surgery in our hospital from Janutiry to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,80 patients in each group.The observation group received intensive nursing in the operating room,the control group received routine nursing in the operating room,the Lysholm knee joint rating scale was used to evaluate joint function,the SAS and SDS were used to evaluate joint function Psychological state of patients,self-designed questionnaire survey two groups of patients'satisfaction.Results:The operation tim e,bleeding volume,complications and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The postoperative knee joint function score of the observation group was(91.36±7.68)and that of the control group was(80.64±8.28).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were(40.63±4.28)and(41.42±4.62),which were significantly lower than those in the control group.The satisfaction of the observation group was 97.5%,and that of the control group was 83.75%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The refined nursing in operating room can alleviate the negative emotion of the patients,promote the recovery of joint function and improve the patients'satisfaction.
