外伤性脊髓损伤病人的早期康复护理分析

Analysis of Early Rehabilitation Nursing of Patients with Traumatic Spinal Cord Iinjury

目的:探讨外伤性脊髓损伤病人的早期康复护理分析.方法:选取2017年1月-2019年5月我院收治的外伤性脊髓损伤患者100例为研究对象,随机数字法分为2组,对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用早期康复护理.结果:观察组患者的手术时间、下床活动时间、住院天数均短于对照组,手术出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在外伤性脊髓损伤病人的护理中,实施早期康复护理取得了满意的效果,可以有效的缩短患者的住院、手术以及下床时间,减轻了患者的负担,同时提高了患者的护理满意度,应当在临床试验推广应用.

Objective:To explore the analysis of early rehabilitation nursing of patients with traumatic spinal cord injury.Methods:A total of 100 patients with traumatic spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were selected as study objects.The patients were divided into two groups by random number method,the control group received routine nursing,and the research group received early rehabilitation nursing.Results:The operation tim e,out-of-bed activity time and hospitalization days of patients in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the amount of blood loss was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of patients with traumatic spinal cord injury,the implementation of early rehabilitation nursing has achieved satisfactory results,can effectively shorten the hospitalization,surgery and time out of b ed,reduce the burden of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,should be popularized in clinical trials.
