基于信息化服务平台的高职院校行政流程再造研究与实现——以德宏职业学院为例

Research and implementation of administrative process reengineering in higher vocational colleges based on information service platform:taking Dehong Vocational College as an example

业务流程的再造已经是当前高职院校信息化工作急需解决的问题。文章首先介绍了基于企业微信的信息化服务平台解决方案,并对全新的信息化服务平台进行分析;其次,依托企业微信信息化服务平台,提出了高职院校行政流程再造原则——以师生体验为导向、业务需求为核心、企业微信为手段。通过企业微信进一步创新校园数据空间的行政流程逻辑关系映射,以此来实现行政流程再造的高效工作模式。文章最后介绍了德宏职业学院传统行政流程迁移至企业微信行政流程再造的实例,供各高职院校在信息化业务流程再造工作参考和借鉴。

Business process reengineering is an urgent problem to be solved in the information work of higher vocational colleges.This paper first introduces the solution of information service platform based on work WeChat,and analyzes the brand-new information service platform.Relying on the work WeChat information service platform,this paper puts forward the principles of administrative process reengineering in higher vocational colleges,which are teacher-student experience oriented,business needs as the core and work WeChat as the means.The work WeChat further innovate administrative process logic relationship mapping of campus data space and achieve the efficient work mode of administrative process reengineering.Finally,the paper introduces the case of transferring traditional administrative process to work WeChat administrative process reengineering in Dehong Vocational College,which can be used for reference in information business process reengineering of higher vocational colleges.
