一株耐高温黄原胶降解菌的筛选及功能鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 耐高温黄原胶降解菌可为石油工业的破胶技术提供新的菌种资源。本研究从温泉水样中分离出一株耐热黄原胶降解菌,经鉴定,其为地衣芽孢杆菌,最适生长温度为50℃,最适生长pH保持在7~8。该菌降解黄原胶的最适条件如下:黄原胶初始浓度为0.2%,pH=7,温度为55℃。在此条件下菌株培养36 h时,黄原胶降解酶活性达到最高(64.5 U/L),最大降黏率为58.9%。该菌株在生物破胶领域具有应用潜力。 High temperature resistant xanthan gum degradation bacteria can provide new bacteria resources for gel breaking technology in the petroleum industry.In this study,a heat-resistant xanthan gum-degrading bacterium was isolated from hot spring water samples,it was identified as Bacillus licheniformis,the optimum growth temperature was 50℃,and the optimum growth pH was maintained at 7~8.The optimal conditions for the bacteria to degrade xanthan gum are as follows:the initial concentration of xanthan gum is 0.2%,pH=7,and temperature is 55℃.When the strain was cultured for 36 h under these conditions,the activity of xanthan gum degrading enzyme reached the highest(64.5 U/L),and the maximum viscosity reduction rate was 58.9%.The strain has application potential in the field of biological gel breaking.
