摘要
目前,钛石膏在工业生产中得到有效利用。其间,首先将钛石膏和脱硫石膏混合均匀,然后在斯德炉中对其进行煅烧。研究发现,掺混10%钛石膏生产出来的建筑石膏凝结时间和力学性能较好,三相组成比较稳定,其粒径也接近脱硫石膏。人们可以利用掺混10%钛石膏生产出来的建筑石膏,进一步生产出满足国家标准的石膏砌块和轻质抹灰石膏。其中,石膏砌块有良好的力学性能,轻质抹灰石膏有良好的操作性能。
At present,titanium gypsum is effectively used in industrial production.In the meantime,the titanium gypsum and the desulfurized gypsum are mixed uniformly,and then they are calcined in the Sed furnace.The study found that the construction gypsum produced by blending 10%titanium gypsum has better setting time and mechanical properties,the three-phase composition is relatively stable,and its particle size is also close to desulfurized gypsum.People can use the construction gypsum produced by blending 10%titanium gypsum to further produce gypsum blocks and light plastering gypsum that meet national standards.Among them,gypsum blocks have good mechanical properties,and light plastering gypsum has good operating properties.
