动力蓄电池无损检测技术研究进展

摘要 近年来,随着科学技术的发展及环保观念的流行,低碳出行成为社会大众的迫切需求,我国新能源汽车产业也迎来了高速发展的黄金机遇期。随着新能源汽车产业规模及市场规模的扩大,动力蓄电池这一重要部件的回收利用受到多方重视,尤其是梯次利用理论及实践的纵深发展,更是让动力蓄电池的高效回收利用提上日程,在此背景下,无损检测及无损检测成本成了人们关注的重点。本文旨在通过对相关文献及研究理论的梳理,探究动力蓄电池的回收利用、无损检测设备及其经济性,以推动动力蓄电池产业链的健康发展及转型升级。 In recent years,with the development of science and technology and the popularity of environmental protection concepts,low-carbon travel has become an urgent need of the public,and China's new energy automobile industry has also ushered in a golden opportunity period for rapid development.With the expansion of the scale of the new energy vehicle industry and the market,the recycling of this important component of power batteries has received much attention,especially the in-depth development of the theory and practice of cascade utilization,which puts the efficient recycling of power batteries on the agenda,in this context,non-destructive testing and non-destructive testing costs have become the focus of attention.This paper aims to explore the recycling of power batteries,non-destructive testing equipment and their economy through combing relevant literature and research theories,so as to promote the healthy development and transformation and upgrading of the power battery industry chain.
