我国农村水污染防治实施过程的共性问题与对策研究

Research on Common Problems and Countermeasures in the Implementation Process of China's Rural Water Pollution Prevention and Control

我国水资源分布不均,人均水资源少。我国属于严重缺水国家,与此同时,水污染问题也极为突出,这进一步加剧了水资源不足的问题。相较于城市,农村水污染相对较轻,但是农村污染面广、治理效率低,导致农村自然环境受到严重破坏,农村居民饮水安全受到极大威胁。本文简要阐述农村水污染的特点,分析当前我国农村水污染防治实施过程中存在的共性问题,并研究相应的解决策略。

China's water resources are unevenly distributed,and water resources per capita are few.China is a severely water-deficient country,at the same time,the problem of water pollution is also extremely prominent,which further exacerbates the problem of water shortages.Compared with cities,rural water pollution is relatively light,but rural areas have a wide range of pollution and low governance efficiency,resulting in serious damage to the rural natural environment and great threats to the drinking water safety of rural residents.This paper briefly describes the characteristics of rural water pollution,analyzes the common problems existing in the current implementation of rural water pollution prevention and control in China,and studies corresponding solutions.
