摘要 低地板牵引电机短定子压圈在定子铁芯焊接后常出现过大翻转变形的问题。通过分析变形原因,确定一种新的优化思路。在轴向空间被限制,且提高自身刚度有限的情况下,通过优化定子压圈结构,设计焊接收缩的位移空间以释放限制压圈位移而产生的焊接收缩力,同时改变焊接收缩力支点位置以缩短力臂从而减小翻转力矩。优化后方案通过试验验证,短定子压圈结构的翻转变形得到了有效控制。 The short stator clamping ring of Low-Floor traction motor is prone to overturning deformation after stator core welding.By analyzing the causes of deformation,a new optimization idea is determined.When the axial space is limited and the improvement of its own stiffness is limited,the displacement space of welding contraction is designed to release the welding contraction force caused by limiting the displacement of the stator clamping ring by optimizing the structure of the stator clamping ring.At the same time,the fulcrum position of the welding contraction force is changed to shorten the arm of force,so as to reduce the overturning torque.The optimized scheme is verified by experiments.The overturning deformation of the short stator clamping ring is effectively controlled.
