摘要
换热器是化工、石油、动力、食品、原子能及其它许多工业部门的通用设备,在工业生产中占有非常重要的地位。采用浮头式换热器形式设计的戊烷冷却器,拆装维修方便,壳层便于清洗,无温差、无应力,能广泛应用于管、壳层流体介质温差较大的场合,能很好地完成介质之间的热量转换工作,经SW-6过程设备强度校核软件进行强度校核,结果显示合格。
Heat exchanger is a general equipment,and played an important role in manufacture,which usually used in chemical,petroleum,power,food and many other industrial sectors.The topic of my study is the design of n-pentane cooler.According to the above,determining the structure of the heat exchanger which is floating head heat exchanger.The process calculation,strength calculation and structure design of main parts of heat exchanger are carried out.The floating head heat exchanger has no temperature stress,and the shell is easily to clean.
