农业社会化服务视角下的果业经纪人研究——基于陕西洛川芦村果业振兴的调查

A Study on Fruit Brokers from the Perspective of Socialized Agricultural Service——Based on the Investigation on the Fruit Industry Revitalization in Lu Village,Luochuan County,Shaanxi Province

果业经纪人对于推动苹果产业的兴旺发展具有十分积极的意义,其不仅融通了产销双方的信息,还发挥了农产品质量监督、价格发现、契约意识培育等多方面的功能。村庄成员的属性和兼业的特征使得经纪人力求在果农和果商之间建构起一种相对公平和平衡的交易规则,既维护村庄内果农的应有权益,同时也较好地满足了果商的利益诉求。客观上看,果业经纪人成为农业社会服务体系的重要角色,但受多种因素的制约,果业经纪人的发展还面临一些现实困境。加强对果业经纪人的培训和支持是实现果业发展的重要手段。

As the main body of socialized agricultural service,fruit brokers have great positive significance in the prosperity of the apple industry,which not only integrates the information of production and marketing,but also functions in quality control of agricultural products,price discovery,contract awareness cultivation and so on.Brokers are villagers who work part-time,which enables them to construct a fair and balanced trading rules between farmers and merchants,and safeguard the rights and interests of fruit farmers while better meets the interests of fruit merchants.Objectively,fruit brokers constitute the dynamic subject of agricultural social service system,but the their development is still facing some practical dilemmas due to some constraints.Strengthening the training and support of agricultural brokers is an important means to enhance the economic development of the fruit industry.
