两种防撞梁型升船机承船厢防撞装置对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 船舶驶入升船机承船厢时,若失速与承船厢厢头闸门发生撞击,将严重威胁升船机的安全运行。通过有限元法建立了防撞梁加缓冲油缸与塑性防撞梁两种常见防撞装置的船舶-防撞装置-水体整体有限元模型,并对不同工况下的船舶撞击引起的防撞装置受力变化进行数值模拟。结果表明:两种防撞装置均能起到保护升船机运行安全的作用,但撞击位置以及船艏角对于撞击受力情况的影响在两种防撞装置上呈现不同规律,由于缓冲油缸的作用,防撞梁加缓冲油缸装置受撞击时产生的撞击合力与应力应变均小于塑性防撞梁装置。 When a ship enters the ship chamber, if it loses speed control and collides with the head gate of the ship chamber, it will seriously threaten the safe operation of the ship lift.In this paper, the whole finite element model of ship-water-collision were established, in which there are two anti-collision devices, the anti-collision beam with buffer cylinder, and the plastic anti-collision beam.The stress change of anti-collision device caused by ship impact under different working conditions was simulated numerically.The results showed that both two anti-collision devices can protect the operation safety of the ship chamber, but the impact position and the impact angle had different laws on the impact force of the two anti-collision devices.Due to the action of buffer cylinder, the impact force and stress strain of anti-collision beam with buffer cylinder device were smaller than that of plastic anti-collision beam device.
