摘要
温度是血液细菌培养仪的关键参数,控温不准确可能导致血液细菌培养仪报告结果不准确,深入研究血液细菌培养仪校准方法势在必行。本文针对血液细菌培养仪的结构和校准需求,对测温标准器、布点、校准参数进行了实验设计,并在此基础上制定了JJF(川)171-2020《血液细菌培养仪校准规范》。能够客观、准确、全面、系统地评价血液细菌培养仪孵育模块的温场,有助于确保血液细菌培养仪的培养结果可靠性。
Temperature is a key parameter of blood bacterial culture instrument.Inaccurate temperature control may lead to inaccurate report results of blood bacterial culture instrument.Therefore, it is imperative to further study the calibration method of blood bacterial culture instrument.In this paper, according to the structure and calibration requirements of blood bacterial culture instrument, the temperature measuring standard, distribution point, calibration parameters were designed, and on this basis, the JJF(CHUAN)171-2020 " Calibration Specification of Blood Culture Device " was formulated.The temperature field of incubation module of blood bacterial culture instrument can be evaluated objectively, accurately, comprehensively and systematically, which is helpful to ensure the reliability of the culture results of blood bacterial culture instrument.
