预应力智能张拉系统的电磁兼容测试探讨 被引量:2

摘要 预应力智能张拉系统在桥梁和道路工程施工现场经常会遭受不明电磁骚扰的影响,导致其张拉精度降低或系统故障,严重影响工程施工质量。为提高预应力智能张拉系统的电磁兼容性能,本文针对其电磁兼容安全性进行了研究,介绍了其进行电磁兼容测试的必要性,分析了其可能遭受的干扰源,提出了相应的电磁兼容试验项目、试验方法及对应的试验等级,形成了较完善的预应力智能张拉系统电磁兼容试验技术规范,可综合评价其电磁兼容性能。 On the bridge and road construction site,the prestressed intelligent tensioning systems were always subjected to some unknown electromagnetic disturbances.These electromagnetic disturbances may cause the tensioning precision reduction or system failure,even worse,the engineering quality may be influenced.In order to improve the EMC performance of the prestressed intelligent tensioning system and ensure the precision of tensioning,a study on the EMC performance of the prestressed intelligent tensioning system has been done.In this paper,it not only introduced the necessity of EMC test,but also analyzed the disturbance sources which the prestressed intelligent tensioning system subjected.In addition,the appropriate EMC test items,test methods and test level have been drew up.And more,a new test specification about EMC test of the prestressed intelligent tensioning system has been made,which can synthetically assess the EMC performance of tensioning system.
