高比例钒钛粉烧结技术研究及应用 被引量:7

摘要 攀西地区的高钛型钒钛磁铁矿藏丰富,为了充分发挥地域优势、开发钒钛资源,集团公司将逐步推进钒钛冶炼技术。在此,针对钒钛矿的基础特性,分析影响钒钛矿烧结质量的关键因素。通过对比实验和生产数据整理,从工艺参数选择、生产操作设计、工艺设备改进等方面提出优化措施。实践应用效果显示,优化后的烧结矿质量指标明显得以改善,满足高炉钒钛冶炼的质量要求,且经济技术指标良好。 Panxi area is rich in high-titanium vanadium-titanium magnets.In order to give full play to regional advantages and develop vanadium-titanium resources,the Group will gradually promote vanadium-titanium smelting technology.In this paper,according to the basic characteristics of vanadium-titanium ore,the key factors affecting sintering quality of vanadium-titanium ore are analyzed.Through comparative experiments and production data collation,optimization measures are put forward from the aspects of process parameter selection,production operation and process equipment improvement.The practical application results show that the optimized sinter quality index is obviously improved,which meets the quality requirements of vanadium and titanium smelting in blast furnace,and the economic and technical indexes are good.
