摘要
近几年,由于人事档案管理存在短板,以致在档案中修改年龄、增删履历,或将背景材料整体"洗白"的现象时有发生。引入区块链防篡改技术,针对性地解决人事档案管理中面临的问题,并提出人事档案防伪溯源的设计思路。
In recent years,due to the shortcomings of personnel archives management,the phenomena of changing the age,adding or deleting the resume,and"washing out"the background materials in the archives often occur.This paper introduces block chain tamper-proof technology to solve the problems in personnel archives management accordingly,and puts forward the design ideas of anti-counterfeiting and traceability of personnel archives.
