中共东北局剿匪制胜原因综论

Comprehensive Discussion of the Reasons for the Success of the Northeast Bureau of the Communist Party of China in Eliminating Bandits from 1945 to 1947

抗日战争胜利后,在国民党反动派的支持和控制下,东北匪患活动猖狂,民众苦不堪言,生产发展停滞,社会动荡不安。对此,中共中央和东北局高度重视,集中一切力量,领导人民打赢了东北剿匪战,为建立根据地,推进东北地区的发展扫除了障碍。探析其制胜原因,可归结为军事上坚持武装进剿,全面进攻;政治上加强队伍建设,分化瓦解匪帮;经济上保障后方资源和切断匪帮物资来源;社会动员上密切联系群众,使之成为人民剿匪战。

After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War,under the support and control of the Kuomintang reactionaries,bandits’activities in the Northeast became rampant,people suffered severely,production and development stagnated,and the society was in turmoil.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Northeast Bureau attached great importance to this and concentrated all their efforts to lead people to win the war against bandits in northeast China,thus removing obstacles for the establishment of base areas and the development of northeast China.The reasons for the victory can be attributed to the armed suppression and comprehensive attack in terms of the military,strengthened team building and disintegration of bandits in terms of politics,secured rear resources and cutoff of the material sources of bandits in terms of economy,and close ties with the masses to make it a people’s war against bandits in terms of social mobilization.
