二甲双胍抗炎作用的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 二甲双胍是治疗2型糖尿病的一线用药。随着学科交叉研究的进展,二甲双胍非降糖作用中的抗炎作用越来越受到重视。在对其抗炎作用的深入研究中,发现二甲双胍可通过AMP活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)或核因子-κB (NF-κB)介导的等多种信号通路降低炎性因子表达水平,对多种临床疾病治疗有积极意义,具有广泛的应用前景。
