利用BI决策支持系统开展集采药品临床使用监测

Application of Business Intelligence system in monitoring the clinical use of centralized medicine procurement

目的:利用BI决策支持系统开发集采药品临床使用监测系统,为落实药品带量采购提供有力支撑。方法:在原有监测系统基础上,根据药品带量采购政策变化情况,按照"聚焦问题、突出重点、自主管理、兼容并蓄"思路制定改造方案,实现集采药品临床使用监测。结果:对HIS系统和BI系统分别进行升级改造,新增中选药品信息维护模块、重点药品临床科室用药监测、临床科室查询模块等,新的集采药品临床使用监测系统改造完成并投入使用。结论:在新的监测系统支持下,进一步加强临床药品使用监测与管理,加强与临床科室沟通交流,督促临床科室优先选择使用中选药品,医院集采药品采购与使用按进度进展顺利,达到预期水平。

OBJECTIVE To develop a monitoring system for the clinical use of centralized medicine procurement by using Business Intelligence(BI) system so as to provide strong supports for medicine procurement with target quantity.METHODS On the basis of the original monitoring system, the modified solution was formulated in line with the idea of "focusing on issues, highlighting key points, independent management and inclusiveness", according to the changes in drug purchase policy. And monitoring of the clinical use of centralized medicine procurement was enabled.RESULTS Upgrade HIS and BI systems, information maintenance module of selected medicine, monitoring module of key medicine in clinical departments and medicine query module of clinical departments were added. The new centralized medicine clinical use monitoring system has been transformed and implemented.CONCLUSION With the supports of a new monitoring system, we should further strengthen the monitoring and management of clinical medicine use, strengthen communications with clinical departments and urge clinical departments to give priority to using selected drugs. The hospital procurement and use of centralized medicine are progressing smoothly and reaching the expected level.
