中医益气养阴法治疗老年慢传输型便秘的临床疗效研究

Study on the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine of Yiqi Yangyin therapy in treating slow transit constipation in the elderly

目的探讨中医益气养阴法治疗老年慢传输型便秘(STC)的临床疗效。方法 84例老年STC患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用麻仁软胶囊治疗,观察组采用中医益气养阴法治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后排便症状积分、结肠传输实验结果、中文版便秘患者生存质量自评量表(PAC-QOL)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,明显高于对照组的73.81%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组大便次数、大便性状、排便时间、排便困难、腹痛腹胀积分分别为(0.67±0.26)、(0.72±0.31)、(0.76±0.33)、(0.68±0.30)、(0.39±0.18)分,明显低于对照组的(1.28±0.34)、(1.37±0.36)、(1.39±0.37)、(1.23±0.34)、(1.06±0.27)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组48、72 h标记物排出数明显多于对照组, 72 h标记物排出率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组社会心理状态、身体状态、焦虑和担心、满意度评分以及PACQOL总分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医益气养阴法治疗老年STC的临床疗效显著,能有效改善胃肠动力,提升排便质量,促进排便,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine of Yiqi Yangyin therapy in treating slow transit constipation(STC)in the elderly.Methods A total of 84 elderly STC patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Maren soft capsule,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine of Yiqi Yangyin therapy.The clinical efficacy,defecation symptom score,colonic transmission test results,patient assessment of constipation quality of life questionnaire(PAC-QOL)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was obviously higher than 73.81%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the stool frequency,stool character,defecation time,defecation difficulty,abdominal pain and abdominal distension score of the observation group were(0.67±0.26),(0.72±0.31),(0.76±0.33),(0.68±0.30)and(0.39±0.18)points,which were obviously lower than(1.28±0.34),(1.37±0.36),(1.39±0.37),(1.23±0.34)and(1.06±0.27)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the excretion of 48 and 72 h markers of the observation group were obviously more than those of the control group,and excretion of 72 h markers was obviously higher than that of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the socio-psychological state,physical state,anxiety and worry,satisfaction score,and PAC-QOL total score of the observation group were obviously lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine of Yiqi Yangyin therapy shows remarkable clinical efficacy in the treatment of elderly STC,which can effectively improve gastrointestinal motility,improve defecation quality and promote defecation,which has positive clinical significance.
