摘要
目的研究高血压治疗中应用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片的临床效果。方法60例高血压患者,采用单双数分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者给予厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组患者给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血压(舒张压、收缩压)水平及治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者舒张压、收缩压水平均较本组治疗前下降,但观察组下降幅度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率6.67%低于对照组的16.67%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038<0.05)。结论在高血压治疗中应用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗的临床效果显著,能有效控制血压水平,且不良反应较少,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of hypertension.Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertension were divided into control group and observation group according to odd-even number method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with irbesartan,and the observation group was treated with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets.The blood pressure(diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure)level before and after treatment,therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,but the observation group declined more than the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 93.33%of the observation group was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 6.67%of the observation group was lower than 16.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets shows remarkable clinical effect on the treatment of hypertension,which can effectively control the blood pressure with less adverse reactions.It is worthy of promotion and application.
