益生菌在抗幽门螺杆菌治疗中的应用

Application of probiotics in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori

目的探讨在抗幽门螺杆菌临床治疗中辅以益生菌对疗效和不良反应的影响。方法 160例伴幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各80例。对照组采用常规四联疗法治疗,观察组在常规四联疗法的基础上加用益生菌治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、胃胀持续时间、恶心呕吐持续时间、胃酸持续时间、住院时间。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.75%(75/80),与对照组的92.50%(74/80)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的15.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的胃胀持续时间、恶心呕吐持续时间、胃酸持续时间、住院时间分别为(1.72±0.34)、(1.67±0.34)、(1.74±0.12)、(3.44±0.34)d,均短于对照组的(3.34±1.22)、(3.12±1.22)、(3.44±0.77)、(5.68±1.92)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规四联疗法与益生菌配合治疗伴幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡患者效果较好,不良反应减少。

Objective To discuss the effect of probiotics on the efficacy and adverse reactions in the clinical treatment of Helicobacter pylori.Methods A total of 160 peptic ulcer patients with positive Helicobacter pylori as the research subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with probiotics based on conventional quadruple therapy.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,duration of bloating,duration of nausea and vomiting,duration of stomach acid,and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%(75/80),which had no statistically significant difference compared with 92.50%(74/80)of the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 15.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of bloating,duration of nausea and vomiting,duration of stomach acid and hospitalization time of the observation group were(1.72±0.34),(1.67±0.34),(1.74±0.12)and(3.44±0.34)d,which were shorter than(3.34±1.22),(3.12±1.22),(3.44±0.77)and(5.68±1.92)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of conventional quadruple therapy and probiotics has better effect and less adverse reactions in the treatment of peptic ulcer patients with positive Helicobacter pylori.
