“互联网+”时代高校法学专业人才培养的核心是“德法兼修”,高校法学专业“课程思政”是必然趋势。“互联网+”法学教育与思想政治教育的深度融合发展彰显社会主义法治人才培养与时俱进。借助互“联网+”优势,把传统法学教学进行“课程思政”的升级换代,是每一位法学教育者面前最迫切的政治任务和时代命题。突破思想政治教育元素难以融入法学领域的思想壁垒,找准思想政治教育在法学教学中的落脚点,打通法学“德育”的教学路径,构建起具有“互联网+”时代特色的法学“课程思政”新模式。

In the era of“Internet+”,the core of the talent cultivation of university law majors is to“study both German and law”,and the“curriculum ideology and politics”of university law majors is an inevitable trend.The deeply integrated development of“Internet+”legal education and ideological and political education shows that the cultivation of socialist legal talents keeps pace with the times.It is the most urgent political task and the proposition of the times for every law educator to upgrade the traditional law teaching with the advantage of mutual“networking”.It breaks through the ideological barrier that ideological and political education elements cannot be integrated into the field of law,identifies the foothold of ideological and political education in law teaching,breaks through the teaching path of“moral education”in law,and constructs a new mode of“curriculum ideology and politics”in law with the characteristics of the“Internet+”era.
