摘要
中国优秀传统文化源远流长、博大精深,其中蕴含的心理健康思想对当代大学生的心理健康教育具有重要的借鉴意义。将传统文化引入大学生心理健康教育,能够有效解决当前心理健康教育存在的种种弊端,促进大学生心理健康教育的发展。因此,本文从理论和资源教育两方面对传统文化的心理健康教育价值进行分析,并深刻探讨了传统文化引入心理健康教育的具体路径,为大学生心理健康教育的发展提供了借鉴参考。
China's excellent traditional culture has a long history,extensiveness and profoundness,and the mental health thoughts contained therein have an important reference for the mental health education of contemporary college students.The introduction of traditional culture into the mental health education of college students can effectively solve the various disadvantages of current mental health education to promote the development of mental health education for college students.Therefore,this article analyzes the mental health education value of traditional culture from two educations of theory and resources,and deeply explores the specific path of introducing traditional culture into mental health education,which provides a reference for the development of mental health education for college students.
