摘要
疫情背景下,为了对大规模线上教学进行保驾护航,高职院校普遍实施了线上教学督导工作方案。但线上教学督导工作在实际开展过程中,却存在着缺乏专门的质量标准和评价方法、直播工具和教学平台种类繁多、直播课堂和平台班级存在进入障碍、难以感知学生的学习情况和对知识的接受程度、难以对科任老师进行充分有效的指导等问题。积极分析这些问题的成因,探讨行之有效的对策,对发挥线上教学督导工作作用具有重要意义。
Under the background of epidemic situation,most of higher vocational colleagues have implemented the supervision work plan for the large-scale online teaching to protect the effect of online classroom.However,in the process of online teaching supervision,some problem caused,such as lack of special quality standards and methods,various live broadcast tools and teaching platforms,hard to enter into the live classroom and platform classes smoothly,difficult to perceive students’learning and knowledge acceptance,and difficult to give full effective guidance to teachers,etc.It is of great significance to play the role of online teaching supervision and analyze actively the causes of these problems and explore effective countermeasures.
