心电图联合心脏彩色多普勒超声在高血压心脏病诊断及病情评估中的应用价值

Application value of electrocardiogram combined with cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis and condition evaluation of hypertensive heart disease

目的探讨心电图(ECG)联合心脏彩色多普勒超声(CCDU)在高血压性心脏病(HHD)诊断及病情评估的应用价值。方法选择2018年5月—2019年5月本院收治的80例HHD患者作为研究对象,入院后立即给予心电图、心脏彩色多普勒超声检查,比较不同方法对HHD的诊断结果及不同类型的检出情况,分析心电图联合心脏彩色多普勒超声在HHD诊断及病情评估的应用价值。结果心电图联合心脏彩色多普勒超声检查对HDD的确诊率为92.50%,较单一心电图的75.00%和心脏彩色多普勒超声检查的85.00%显著高(P<0.05);心电图联合心脏彩色多普勒超声检查对左室扩大、左室肥厚及室间肥厚的检出率明显高于单一心电图或心脏彩色多普勒超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心电图联合心脏彩色多普勒超声对高血压性心脏病的诊断准确率较高,可鉴别不同类型高血压性心脏病,为临床诊治提供依据。

Objective To explore the application value of electrocardiogram(ECG)combined with cardiac color Doppler ultrasound(CCDU)in diagnosis and condition evaluation of hypertensive heart disease(HHD).Methods Eighty patients with HHD who were admitted to the hospital between May 2018 and May 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were subjected to ECG and CCDU examinations immediately after admission.The diagnostic results of HHD and detection results of different types by different methods were compared.The application value of ECG combined with CCDU in diagnosis and evaluation of HHD was analyzed.Results The accuracy rate of ECG combined with CCDU in diagnosis of HDD was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of ECG and 85.00%of CCDU(P<0.05).The detection rates of left ventricular enlargement,left ventricular hypertrophy and interventricular hypertrophy by ECG combined with CCDU were significantly higher than those by ECG or CCDU alone(P<0.05).Conclusions The accuracy rate of ECG combined with CCDU is high in diagnosis of HHD,which could identify different types of HHD,thereby providing a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
