非热康谱照射联合水胶体敷料在血液透析患者动静脉内瘘中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨非热康谱照射联合水胶体敷料在血液透析患者动静脉内瘘中的应用效果。方法选择2017年10月—2019年10月本院收治的110例血液透析患者作为研究对象,随机数表法分为对照组与治疗组两组,每组各55例。对照组给予多磺酸粘多糖乳膏涂抹+热敷治疗,治疗组给予水胶体敷料贴敷+非热康谱照射治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组的内瘘血流量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的内瘘穿刺周围硬结改善有效率为94.55%,显著高于对照组的91.82%(P<0.05);治疗组的内瘘不良事件发生率为3.64%,显著低于对照组的16.36%(P<0.05)。结论将非热康谱照射与水胶体敷料贴敷联合应用于血液透析患者的动静脉内瘘维护中,能够有效增加内瘘血流量,改善内瘘穿刺周围硬结,预防内瘘不良事件发生。
